Absolutely horrible service. I do not recommend anyone to go here. We were not greeted or directed/assisted with the sign in process. We waited 45 minutes - I asked “do you all even accept walk-ins” because at least 6 people we’re taken care of that walked in after us. I was told to look at the screen that had names and I should know where I’m at. All staff members had horrible demeanors and are not friendly. I was told I can’t wait in the car with my young kids that I will be skipped and they will not call me when I’m ready. Management should reconsider all staff members. The last review I just read is exactly what I experienced. Unacceptable.

Was our go to choice for our sons haircut. The project wait time of 58 minutes went well over an hour. No communication from staff. Say and watched three staff members wait for their online check ins to come instead of sliding in their walk-ins. Disappointed in the customer service and on site management. When on site manager was called and questioned the answer was that’s how it’s done. No Thank You. I would rather spend more money in an establishment that will at least provide appropriate communication and updates.
